Lined Plug and Ball Valves

The scope of lined valves from AZ Benelux BV consists a range of lined Plug and Ball valves.
The AZ lined Plug valves have a cavity free design, are easily adjustable and very durable.
The AZ lined Ball valves are designed with a minimum of dead space.
All AZ lined valves have a CE marking according to PED 97/23EG Cat. 3 module H and are TA-Luft 2002 approved.

The non-porous, extremely resistant lining of our lined plug and ball valves is achieved by a special production method developed by AZ-Armaturen GmbH. This production method guarantees the exclusion of pores, micro cracks and flanking.

The AZ lined plug and ball valves have a minimum lining thickness of 3mm, even on sharp edges. Lining materials are: PFA; FEP; PVDF, anti-static PFA.
As a standard, lined plugs up to DN 100mm (4″) are in stainless steel covered with PTFE. AZ uses only virgin resin granulate for lined plug and ball valves, not regenerated or similar materials.

Where possible AZ Benelux BV will do its best to meet the specific demands of the customers. Our product range of lined plug and ball valves is of the highest possible quality and undergoes constant updating according to rules or customer demands Most of the AZ products, including lined plug and ball valves are available in both DIN and ANSI standard.

CUSTOMIZED LINED PLUG VALVES

Most of the AZ lined plug valves can be supplied in a full or partly jacketed construction, without the need for oversized flanges.

MATERIALS LINED PLUG AND BALL VALVES

Standard bodies of AZ lined plug and ball valves are standard supplied in GGG40.3 (A395)-lined. We can also supply them in A216-WCB/GS-C25-lined and A351-CF8M/1.4408-lined. Other body materials for lined plug and ball valves upon request.
